Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
At Trydent, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products and our commitment to quality and hygiene, we follow a strict policy regarding exchanges, returns, and refunds.
1. Exchange Policy
We offer a one-time exchange for size-related issues under the following conditions:
- The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Only size exchanges are permitted. No exchange will be offered for a different product, style, or color.
- Exchange is subject to availability of the requested size.
How to Request an Exchange:
Please email us at trydentclothingg@gmail.com with the subject line: “Exchange Request Order #[Your Order Number]” and include:
- The reason for exchange
- Required new size
- Clear images of the product
Once approved, we will provide further instructions for sending the product back to us.
Note: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product for exchange.
2. No Return Policy
We do not accept returns of any products once sold, unless the product is received in a defective or damaged condition. In such rare cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos, and we will assess the issue.
3. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including:
- Change of mind
- Delayed delivery by courier services
- Incorrect selection of product
Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and other information carefully before placing your order.
4. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if:
- The returned item does not meet our quality check
- The exchange request is made outside the allowed window
- The item was bought on clearance or final sale
